My 6 year old daughter and I went on a mother daughter date here by coincidence and had a great time! Totally awesome find. We were looking for a thrift store and found amazing Christmas gifts for many of the kids (and my husband lol) here. The arcade in the back was fun and had really cool retro games to play for a price that was just right! Irene was very kind and patient with us. My daughter insisted on taking a picture with her because “she was part of our mother daughter date”. Thank you Irene and Gnarly novelties and arcade for a great time during a well-needed night of bonding!
Such an amazing place to visit..the owners are very attentive & kind..Such a great place for a calm evening with your family..the prices are very affordable and the atmosphere is amazing..Def recommend coming here..if I can give this place more stars we would.
Had alot of fun when I came here with my bf, staff is friendly ( I’m assuming the owners ) and the ambience and outdoor pool tables were cool as well! Recommended to my coworkers to come as well.
Not only is it a cool place. It’s good honest people running it and that’s what sets them apart from the rest. Where all these other arcades down here shamelessly fail and fall short, Gnarly brings back hope.
my two sons LOVED this spot! we went after trick or treating to chill and we were greeted by a friendly smile. the owner dressed as David s pumpkins from SNL (I think), they had TMNT! They have Street Fighter! my boys said the arcades there were better than Peter Piper and they want to go back! Also, they said the guy making hot dogs knows how to make good hot dogs 😂. my only complaint is one of the guns in the arcade didn’t work so we couldn’t co-op. if they get a Simpsons console.. I don’t think I would leave 🤗
Definitely worth a visit for the price brought my friends and family with. Owners are kind and show allot of hospitality. Gift shop has allot of variety of items and arcade machines. Pool table and hockey table in the back
This place is definitely adorable. I didn’t know what to expect when someone else reviewed and said the same. But it is. It’s nostalgic and a good time for all ages. There’s an assortment of arcade games…pacman, Mario, mortal combat, street fighter, etc. All the games we grew up with and loved. Will definitely be back again soon!
